Defiant

Defiant is a great whiskey out of North Carolina.  Your nose will smell vanilla with a mild scent of honey.  Taste starts off warm and on the back you will taste the sudden hints of vanilla and honey.  This is not a sweet whiskey by any means.  If it is a little warm for you in the beginning use a splash of water or a small ice cube to help mellow it out.
