Steve at Stranahan’s Lounge had the Great idea to infuse fennel and fig with their regular Stranahan's whiskey. this concoction has helped inspire the Colorado version of the Sazerac.
2 oz Fennel/Fig Infused Stranahan's
1 oz Stranahan's
orange twist Mix ingredients in a glass without ice. Rinse high ball glass with peychauds bitters. pour mix over ice in prepared glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
